These terms govern your use of prodenthub.com.au and app.prodenthub.com.au, operated by Learning Platform Australia (ABN 37 895 465 392). By creating an account or making a purchase you accept these terms.
1. What we provide
- Quiz Platform — daily 70-question ADC-style mock examinations sold as one-off passes (Daily / Weekly) or as a Monthly Subscription with auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe inside our learning platform at app.prodenthub.com.au.
- Courses — six structured courses on the ADC competency framework, available as a monthly subscription per course (A$29/month, cancel anytime) or as the Programme Pack (A$299 one-off, 180-day access, all six courses).
- Free Global Open Exam — a periodic two-day live simulation (two 70-question mocks weighted to the real ADC). Free to join, no payment required.
2. What we do NOT promise
- We do not guarantee that you will pass the ADC Written Examination. The Australian Dental Council writes and marks the exam; we have no role in either.
- We do not guarantee a specific score, percentile or band.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the Australian Dental Council.
- We do not provide medical, legal or career advice.
3. Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share account access with others.
4. Payment, billing & auto-renewal
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Free trials on Course SKUs use Stripe-native trial periods: card-on-file at signup, no charge during the 30-day trial, first charge at day 31 unless you cancel. To avoid any charge, cancel before day 31 via account settings.
- One-off purchases (Daily Pass, Weekly Pass, Global Access) do not auto-renew.
5. Cancellation & refunds
- You may cancel a subscription at any time via account settings or by emailing contact@prodenthub.com.au.
- We do not refund partially used subscription periods.
- We do not refund based on exam outcome (pass or fail).
- We do refund genuine billing errors (double-charges, charges after confirmed cancellation). Email us with the Stripe receipt to claim.
6. Intellectual property
All content on ProdentHub — written material, quiz items, distractor analysis, source citations, the “ProdentHub” name and logo — is the property of Learning Platform Australia or its licensors. You may use the content for personal exam preparation only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute or publicly post our content.
- Use our content to train machine-learning systems.
- Use our content in any commercial offering.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically download content.
- Use automation to take quizzes or trigger paid features.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the platform.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Brief outages do not entitle you to a refund.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity arising from an unsuccessful ADC exam attempt.
10. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when our products or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes are communicated to active account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
